Jacobs was simply unable to solve Canelo. And whether Canelo was gassing, or just letting his foot off the gas, he was a little tired and it showed. Otherwise he probably would have scored a KD in the 5th or 6th round.

1st, you can't score a KO if your opponent is simply trying to survive, ie: Spence Vs Garcia. 2nd, is not that Jacobs was unable to solve canelo, is that he never tried to solve him. I would he okay of ht went our trying different tactics and let his hands go, but he simply refused.

Boxing fans are the worst. How anyone is arguing over the scores here is beyond me. I don't think the fight was hard to score, Round 1 probably being the hardest. i had it 10-10 but can understand why and how it could go either way. Personally i want GGG vs Andrade and CANELO to take care of his knee.

I watched it with the sound off - it makes a friggin difference. I had it a draw too.
Canelo won his rounds cleaner.
I could see 115-113 Canelo.
116-112 smells iffy - you'd have to give all the close rounds to Canelo.

Jacobs missed a few opportunities to increase pressure after he landed some hard shots
Canelo's endurance has improved from the early days, maybe because he is fighting at a more natural weight now
