Every single one of Crawford's wins at welterweight have asterisks and he hasn't fought a threat - had to low blow Khan to get him out.

Loma lost to Orlando Salido and with the possible exception of Gary Russell and Linares, he hasn't fought a threat either.

Meanwhile Canelo already has a Hall of Fame resume and only ever lost to The Best Ever, while clearly and cleaning sparking the same Khan that was about to take Crawford the distance.

It's not even in the same class of service.
Just eye test with a lot of people as far as skills go man. He didn't say he was definitely way behind them, just said he wasn't sure he was on their level.

Not to mention Crawford was dominating Khan (apparently, I never paid for that sh.it) and Khan pretty clearly quit, and Canelo took a few rounds to KO Khan who won a couple rounds on him, and Canelo is 2 weight classes above Crawford naturally. Crawford and Canelo's performances against Khan I think show that they are similar levels, but skill wise Crawford is probably ahead - Canelo ahead with the power.

Definitely disagree about Loma too - Walters and Rigo are only 'bums' after what he did to them. Pedraza good as well.

As others have mentioned - if going by resume, Canelo is probably pfp1 right now, but that doesn't necessarily mean he is number 1 on skills. He has more pop than Crawford or Loma so that helps him.

Also there are no real asterisks on Crawford or Loma's resume as far as dubious decisions, and as well as Canelo fought against GGG he pretty clearly lost both imo so saying he is more skilled than Loma or Crawford after those performances, that's a big ask.

Just saying there is nuance to everything...saying Canelo isn't necessarily as skillful as Crawford or Loma is no slight...those guys are great skillful fighters.

      Troll?

He just said Canelo is the champion without having the belts because he beat Cotto, who beat Sergio, who beat Pavlik, who beat Taylor, who beat Hopkins, who was undisputed.

That's NOT the way it works!!

I'm referring to your post that I quoted. I only watch illegal streams so I don't have the dazzin feed.

Unless you seriously and honestly think Crawford only won the fight because Khan got punched in the thigh and quit??? Is that what you are saying?

The bottom line is that Canelo Alvarez and Terence Crawford both went up against a guy who everyone says has a glass JAW.

One of those fighters helped prove this. The other did not.

Crawford landed on that chin repeatedly and couldn't get Khan out of there...and out of frustration (as shown in my avi), he squared up, loaded up, and threw low. It was blatant. It doesn't matter if Khan could or couldn't continue - Crawford didn't KO Khan legit. Manny and Floyd never needed to do that when Horn and Maidana did the same thing that Khan was allegedly doing.

Anyone who can't tell that Carnelo Alvarez is LIGHT YEARS above everyone else in boxing right now is blind, deaf or ******. He's so good I'd pay big money to fly out and watch Floyd rematch him at 160 knowing full damn well Floyd would never do it - but that fight would sell WAY more than Pacquiao and it's a toss up.

LOL f.uck off guy. If you think Canelo is anywhere near the skill level of Lomachenko, you're the casual.

I could easily argue he isn’t as skilled as either of those opponents, in fact many have them above Canelo P4P. People will have different opinions.

I personally think both are more skilled but Canelo has more power which can make him more effective. That said, you can argue GGG beat him in both fights and certainly the first one. I think the odds tonight heavily favour him and I think if he beats Jacobs tonight that may change our view on just how good (or not) Canelo is!
