How can Jacobs weigh in nearly 174 lbs the morning of the fight and expect us to believe he comes in 173-175 on fight night? Will he be sluggish tonight or is he truly at his best closer to 180 lbs and not in the small 170s as he seemed to want the public to believe?Comment

THIS was a DLH stipulation. Yes the IBF has a 2nd day weigh in BUT it is negated in a unification fight which this fight is. So to clairify there is no 2nd day weigh in when 2 belts are on the line. If this was for the IBF title only then there would have been a 2nd day weigh in.Comment
