Does anyone REALLY think that Floyd is ducking Margarito?

i like floyd quite a bit, but i still think he is the most overated fighter at the moment.......he does not deserve the top p4p spot as his opposition of late has been questionable.....i can't even remember his last superfight...which was corrales and castillo bouts.......ever since then he has been fighting B level fighters.....judah, mitchell, gatti, bruseles, corley,........

there are many top fighters in the 140-154 weight class that are A level fighters that floyd should be fighting if he wants to have a real legacy........

but then again, its common that once fighters get to the top to fight b level fighters........

yes i fully understand that, but that is the reason for me saying he is not worthy of being number 1 p4p....i'm sure you agree.....

and to be honest, there are some fighters that say they want to fight him......in all honesty i don't rate margarito as an A level fighter yet, but, he at least has the balls to want to fight floyd and also many ppl respect margarito for that......

mayweather can also go public and invite challenges from ppl like hatton, margarito, etc....this will put him in the clear........

and i think...wtf, he only beat judah by a couple rounds or so, he was gifted a decision against castillo, etc, he did clean up gatti and corrales,,,,but he hasn't just steamrolled through all of his opponents.....

i rate kostya tszyu a lot higher as he fought all the other champs and he KTFO them....and challenged and fought all top fighters.....

mayweater needs to fight another 5 top fights to reach the stature of KT in my opinion.

he is fightin de la hoya in may he is a top class fighter and is also better than anyone else mayweather could fight (except Mosley who he is lookin to fight)

it werent a gift against castilo it was 7-5 either way plus he broke 2 ribs and a hand in the 2nd round

Kosta was a amazin fighter but his all time record aint as good as floyds

Fist off, how are u going to knock the best fighter in the world because the elite dont want to fight him? The same logic u use in decrowning him, I use for soldifying his spot. If the elite dont want to fight and want tune-ups, then that makes me think they feel their not ready, they need more preparation to fight the lb for lb best. And he already has invited those guys to fight numerous times thus far. They dont want it, Hatton at first said 2006, now its 2007, Cotto aint never really said too much at all, and margarito just aint that deserving in my opinion.

From my recollection, Judah only won 4 rounds, a couple sound more like 8-4, the first castillo fight was close but it wasnt at the beginning, Floyd was having his way with countershots, the 2nd fight definitely cleared up that late surge by Castillo. And it aint like Castillo is a slouch, he is on a lot of people top ten lb for lb. gatti and corrales were the favorites, they were supposed to lay the hammer to Floyd. Big punchers that floyd wouldnt be able to handle so what he do, he make mockery of them and their corners had to stop it in both fights. If u like kostya tsyu better that's fine, but ricky didnt hestitate to fight Kostya but he has pushed the fight back to 2007 for Floyd.

I agree with evilsaint completely. he is avoiding a tough fight for an oppurtunity to fight a household name
