Apart from Wilder, who else does America have? It isn't Joshua's fault. Americans need to look at themselves at the mirror;and see how they can make boxing better in the US. The world needs America as per boxing

Ruiz had the cajones to step in and accept the fight knowing the payday will help secure and his family's future. I fully expect him to try and win; he has some skills and essentially fought Joseph Parker on even terms.

I would have preferred to see Ortiz but that's not Ruiz' fault and I hope he can make a compelling fight out of it.
When you go from a chiselled body in fat baby miller to Andy Ruiz, it’s no wonder the Americans are upset. American men were looking forward to miller fat knockers swinging in the ring. Now they have to settle for saggy caramel t#its........ and they are not happy

At least they found a guy who will go in there and fight despite being overmatched. Ruiz will not pull a Khan and look for a way out. He will go down swinging.

I have no doubt that Ruiz will come out swinging and trying to make an impact .I'm saying that Joshua will have to unload and Joshua digs .Ruiz has short arms and has to reach .His down fall will be poking the hornets nest from the start. It will end in double quick time.

I always felt some pity towards Ruiz after the Parker fight. It was a razor thin decision (I scored it a draw) but had huge ramifications. Parker went on to have B2B PPV fights for major coin whilst Ruiz was left in limbo and fought 3 times in nearly 3 years. It feels just and fair that he now gets his big pay day. I wish him well in the fight and think he will surprise the casual market with his speed.

Fatso Ruiz might be a better opponent than Ortiz. His hands are much quicker, that's for sure. The biggest factor going against Ruiz is his height and reach. AJ will have to keep him at the end of his jab and bust him up slowly, then finish him with a bomb (the Wladimir game plan). If the porky Ruiz can get inside, he can make it a hard fight for AJ.

He is fast, so this could actually be better fight than Miller.

To be fair Miller was also very fast for his size. Now we know why
