Arum has absolute confidence in Crawford's abilities, PBC doesn't in Spence.

He has done this same thing many times before without getting fights made.
Do u think Haymon wants to make this fight next?

      LOL this.

I'm flabbergasted (think my first time using that word ever) people don't think Arum is a f#cking genius at promoting his fighters & doesn't see the tactics he's been using forever.

I really wish someone would make a video of Arum's history of comparing all his best fighters to Ali in some way. He's done this a million times. And you know why? Cuz Ali is the most famous boxer ever & mentioning Ali in the same breath as some mfer casuals don't know yet is getting his name out there in a way & with a reach his fights will never get him.

Arum has one of the most blueprinted strategies in moving his guys than any promoter in the game & it works massively cuz Arum has a higher success rate at getting his guys higher in the game. Granted he fails at getting his reallllllly big guys to their maximum level, but he's gonna get every guy to their minimal high level in the game.

Believe David McWater (a manager, Teofimo's among other really good prospects) has even suggested he has stats to prove this as he's a big stat dork. He's stated TR is 50% more successful at taking a guy from their pro debut to a title fight than other promoters. Thats not cuz TR is getting all these great fighters. Its in how he's moving mfers & how he's hyping them thats getting them ranked & up the rankings (& probably a lil ABC corruption cuz the Arum/WBO thing is weird don't get it twisted).

No. Haymon's plan appears to be building Spence into a "PPV attraction" by matching all his WW's to create one champion. Spence/porter and then the winner of Thurman/Manny would be my guess.

Of course these are legitimate WW title fights matching the top WW against 2 of the other top 4 WW's.

If Spence lose PBC still have Thurman/Manny if Crawford lose Arum is done at 147. Do the math. Oh i forgot fans pick n choose sound bites to fit their agenda against another fighter.

We all been dealing with boxing business ans politics long enough to all know what the plan was as soon as Crawford moved up to 147.

If we was confident Spence is a ppv attraction his fight vs Porter would be ppv.

If he wanted to build him up the Mikey fight would have been on regular fox.

He seems to be building Spence into a PPV attraction. Putting Spence/Porter on regular TV doesn't mean he doesn't believe he will be a PPV attraction down the road.

I can see your point about the Mikey fight but the fact it did 300K shows they picked the right fight to introduce him to the PPV market. 300K is more than Crawfrod/Postol, and Crawford/Khan combined.

Arum wants a 50-50 even-though his golden goose cant sell above 300k like Spence since his boy would get lit up

Bob is actually trying to have leverage on something to fall back on like when Manny lost to Floyd, meanwhile Uncle Al wants to make Errol even more famous & try to make him a 400k fighter & then a 500k fighter and then a 600k

What are they suppposed to do? There has only been 2 joint ppv fights. This fight isn’t worthy of one. Will arum let Crawford fight on fox? Of course he wont

I don't necessarily agree with this. Not that I think doesn't want 50/50 or the max cut he can get in general, but the bigger thing Arum, & everyone on the PBC side too for that matter, is for the fight to be bigger. Cuz I mean 70% of the fight today might be less than 40% of the fight in 18 months when Manny, Thurman & Porter have taken L's & loss their belts & Spence & Bud are the last two standing.
