Somewhat. Other fighters seem to have survived PED controversies so I think Canelo won't get knocked down too badly. Plus he has the tainted mexican beef thing going on.

Somewhat, you’ll have some fans bringing it up for arguments sake here and there but it won’t affect the overall legacy

Not one bit because:

1. They were able to muddy the issue so well that people bought the tainted beef story or put enough doubt in peoples mind.

2. He beat GGG clearer the second time while clean.

The only people still harping on the issue are GGG fans. Everyone else has moved on

If you care about boxing you would have to vote somewhat. Even though people have excused Nelo as he is still performing as good without them.
But PED will always be linked with his name. So to scare people from using them in future you cant say it wont hurt your legacy.

In a way yes. But fans are think, if he wins on saturday he would be the P4P best fighter in the world to many of us.
