Reverse racism is when people try to fight racism by acting like racists themselves, by discriminating in favour of a minority group in order to rectify discrimination against them by the majority (Whites).

And in order to be able to discriminate against a white person you need to have more power than they have, in that particular situation.

Let’s be honest, Mayweather Promotions has a garbage crop of fighters. The ones who remain on the payroll don’t get very much TV exposure. They fear their potential cash cow and only champion, Tank will get taken to slaughter by matching them against anyone else white or European. I would say you don't need to hate people of other races to be a racist. There are many people who don't actually hate, but they do hold racist views about other races being inferior to their own and they will discriminate against them on that basis if they get the chance.

Other people practice reverse racism in the name of "affirmative action" or whatever. They don't hate the people they discriminate against either. But to me, they are also racists.
