I would agree with Oscar. It's about time GGG fights these guys like Andrade, and even Charlo, who has no big title, and fight at least one of them. I don't know why Golovkin's people are hesitant to have him fight them, because GGG should beat Andrade or Charlo, but might not be easy.

I dont understand why GGG fans are soo against these fights??? They seem to only want BUMS for the KO Highlights...

True, GGG is out of his prime, but was still good enough to outbox Canelo through 24 rounds. We don't need to see it happen again the fights weren't particularly that good, you see much better in a standard undercard in the UFC.

He looked GREAT and like Usual against Vanes.

I ill bet he looks SUPER AWESOME against Rolls.

You're right. Fan's poll numbers don't mean that much. The only opinions that matter are the judges. Golovkin lost his titles because two judges scored the 12th round for Alvarez. Maybe I'm wrong, but I figure a guy who loses his titles on that close a decision deserves a rematch (especially because he gave the challenger two shots at his titles).

I mean that was the rematch. This isn't about the titles though. Otherwise we wouldn't be seeing a GGG vs Rolls fight on the schedule.

Sounds like Canelo really doesn't wanna fight GGG anytime soon. If he gets past Jacobs, I hope he gives another major contender a shot in September. If he wants to fight a pretender after September, I'm perfectly fine with that. He doesn't duck many opponents. He's been a brilliant champion.

Fair point. Now Charlo is in the position to be Canelo's mandatory. Canelo should give him a shot then, so that he won't be doing the same as GGG did.

PED and aging a fighter makes you the kingpin????? Is this really the depth boxing has gone to now? No wonder MMA caught up in popularity when it comes to combat sports.

I may have NEVER have liked Mayweather's antics and bravado but at least he fought the best fighters and never lost. Fishnet/Coke boy needs to keep his pendejo mouth shut.
