Is it just me or is it that promoting a boxing match sometime involves deception.
Loeffler said that DAZN wanted the trilogy for this fall. I don't think that was irrespective of Canelo saying GGG needed a title for the trilogy. Did DAZN want GGG vs Andrade this summer. I'd venture to say yes. It makes the trilogy a lot more attractive if its for all the belts. Loeffler is under some impression that DAZN controls Alvarez because of the contract. Showtime didn't control Mayweather even though he had a big contract so I wouldn't see how DAZN would control Alvarez.

When people talk legacy, it's about the the big names on a fighter's resume. What people remember are the top guys that the fighter beat.
Golovkin is by far the biggest name on Alvarez's resume.
After two controversial decisions, you'd think Canelo would welcome a chance to fight GGG again and put the doubters to rest. You have to wonder why the guy keeps putting road blocks up.

Eh. But as long as the September fight is solid enough fair play.
Assuming Canelo gets by Jacobs this week I can't say I wanna see a fight anymore than Canelo vs GGG III at MW. Well unless Jacobs vs Canelo is as competitive & good as these GGG vs Canelo fights have been.
Andrade is a space cadet & STILL isn't proven at the tip top. I don't even think he'll be an interesting opponent for Canelo, but thats just me.
Mall is on the other side of the street so he's not makeable as an opponent as of right now realllllllly, but while I like his chances against Canelo much better than Andrade he's unproven at 160 more or less so I'm not as into Canelo vs Mall despite wanting to see it.
BJS is gone now. He was my sleeper in the division.
Rob Brant is with TR/ESPN or w/e so thats not doable, but not really into him at all or think he'll be all that competitive with Canelo.
Derevyanchenko makes solid fights with anyone at the top I think, but not invested in him & after catching an L to Jacobs idk if he should be in the running for September anyway unless he does something big soon.
F#ck David L at 160 with his overweight ass. He don't deserve a 160 shot.
And I mean who else is there to fight thats interesting? Idk but I'd love to hear the fights other mfers wanna see besides GGG vs Canelo III in September that anyone is giving a f#ck about.
DAZN gonna sneak Oscar some coke so he goes back off the rails & DAZN can start making Canelo fights cuz I know f#cking DAZN wants Canelo vs GGG III.

Fighting another match would put Golovkin into next May. If both guys were roughly the same age fine go get a belt then fight. That isn't the case here. I'm sure your aware of that. Are you afraid of Golovkin??

Its not like Canelo killed GGG twice. In fact a lot of people think GGG won twice. These have been close & controversial fights.
