  • What’s so hard to believe? Canelo did 400k buys against ****ing Amir Khan before Golovkin. His upcoming fight with Jacobs would probably do 600k or more with a 89 dollar price tag. Of course they will close in on 1 million subs on cinco de mayo. I understand that some prople are too dumb to download an app and if you’re one of them I feel sorry for you and your momma. Most people will be watching though.

      2. You aren't in business because you're a Wilder fan , and only on forums can you find dummies like you arguing over how network provider's and APPs supplying boxing content is failing besides the fact DAZN is rapidly growing for a few months old subscription .

If you actually were in business you would understand the concept of profit loss to profit long term.gain margins a company takes to grow, you clown.
That $8 a month is spin. Nobody but the most hardcore boxing fans are plopping down $100 up front. Most people still buy PPV's the traditional way because it's a delayed payment.

They have doubled the price & took away the free trial.

No you're just to ****** to do simple math like all the other Wilder fans and can't grasp that big business always had to take big losses for long term gains to succeed but you're telling everyone your in business?

What business is that , the B.S business ?

Exactly canelo last 3 PPVs all did 1M buys or more at almost 80 bucks a pop. But nobody would rather spend 99 bucks for 2 canelo fights and more boxing content in a year then any other boxing network? Or spend 19.99 to watch on just the months canelo fights? Canelo fans alone make it very believable they are already at 1M subscribers. And that's before you bring up the fact that right now DAZN has almost as many world champs sigend with them then ESPN and PBC combined. Both of which in The last 3 months charged almost as much for 1 PPV as it cost DAZN for a entire year lol

If you a boxing fan and not just someone with a agenda how can you not like what DAZN is doing lol

New Global Live Sports Content Distribution Service ‘DAZN Connect’

              By SVG Staff
              Monday, April 29, 2019

DAZN Group has launched a global, live sports content distribution service for rights holders, broadcasters and media partners called DAZN Connect. With over 30,000 live sport events across multiple leagues and competitions, DAZN Connect offers access to one of the largest live sports content networks in the world.

Delivered over IP using the latest video transport technologies, the broadcast distribution service enables clients to consolidate their acquisition and distribution requirements into one partner, according to DAZN.

DAZN Connect launches supplying a range of sporting properties to broadcasters including BT Sport, Iqiyi, NBC Sports, Fox Soccer, Fox Netherlands and ESPN.

“We now have more sports content on our network than anyone else in the industry. Combine this with our technological innovation and with customer satisfaction at the core of our service, DAZN Connect is well positioned to take some big steps in the coming months,” says Gareth Rees, SVP Business Development.

“Driven by the demands of sports broadcasting and fans’ viewing habits, DAZN Connect offers a faster, more intelligent way of receiving live sport. DAZN Connect is built in the cloud to deliver the lowest latency, highest quality and the most secure sports distribution service. With an innovative contribution service, clients can supply live sports back onto the DAZN network, so local coverage can be made available globally, offering up further exposure and coverage for rights owners,” Gareth adds.

DAZN Connect is cloud-native and AWS-integrated. Delivery options include software-based SDI decoding and transport appliances, software-only transport applications and an AWS Direct Connect option for customers with existing AWS accounts and connectivity. DAZN CONNECT also fully supports SRT. The DAZN Connect end-to-end sports video service also offers native support for UHD/4K.

Like you would know what most people are doing. How about you back that up with some facts? You PBC LDBC LGBGT talk alot about what other people are thinking or doing so how about you start backing some of it up?

                Or just speak for yourself.

Nobody but the most hardcore boxing fans are dropping $100 at once. Boxing fans are traditionally cheap anyway. That's why they always streaming instead of paying for PPV's. And don't tell me because it's the quality of the card. GGG-Jacobs had one of the most solid cards top to bottom, was cheaper & better than Crawford/Khan & Spence/Garcia but did less buys.

                    • DAZN just scooped up more sports rights. You can't go a week without them launching something new or buying more content. Just Today announced.

                      http://www.sportspromedia.com/news/d...e-huawei-spain

DAZN has agreed a three-year partnership with Huawei to distribute a raft of its Spanish sports rights via the Chinese technology giant’s mobile platforms.

The agreement also includes coverage of the Premier League, English soccer’s top flight, and Euroleague Basketball, which make up part of DAZN’s offering in Spain that went live earlier this year.
