They're way under their target. That's why they had to raise their price in less than 6 months and sell other assets to raise cash. It took Netflix almost 20 years to double their basic subscription price. DAZN did it in 6 months. This is horrible news

It means that they are prepared to keep investing more money into buying the rights for more sports. And the reason they raised the monthly price is so they could make more money off the people who would only subscribe 2 months a year for Canelo fights. The yearly price was actually lowered. That's smart business. And you saying that Rutkowski isn't reliable because he used to work at HBO is laughable. 1M subs by Cinco de Mayo is very possible depending on how much they promote the fight putting out their All Access 24/7 equivalent show for free is a good start
