He would be sued and owe him. Dumn advice he gave.

Does Hearn know the taxes in NY are absolutely ridiculous? The Miller was probably going to walk away somewhere between 2-2.5 million dollars after everything cleared. This is why Ortiz's people were asking for 10 million. After everything cleared out, Ortiz would have taken home about 5 million. But i don't think Ortiz was a real consideration anyway. AJ has been in training already while the next opponent has about 4 weeks to get ready. That's of course the opponent hasn't already been named behind the scenes. Plus Mike Hunter is MatchRoom guy newly signed. He will gladly take those movie tickets and free refills. I
NY has the WORST taxes. It like giving away 10-20%. Vegas has no state taxes.

Wilder, Fury or Ortiz. The rest is just BS.

Crap fight IMO, but it isn't like Hearn didn't try to secure Ortiz. Some people just don't like money it seems

Can't see the point at all. Hearn put all his thoughts in to one fat fighter who has a history of being a drug cheat and with out a back up plan .And now he's trying to sell sub standard fights with four weeks to go . If he'd have been fair with other fighters instead of avoiding 'expensive' or dangerous fighters we wouldn't be here watching him make such a clown of himself.

Hearn keeps bringing up Ruiz's Mexican heritage! I think he feels that will put more azzes in seats! Hunter is highly skilled, but not well known at all! I think he goes with Ruiz!

Wow going on that logic I wonder how much Ortiz took home in his last world title bid against Wilder? Please be kind as to break it down and tell me what he went home with? He didn’t ask for 2 million against Wilder so why on earth should he ask for 10 million against AJ?

Ruiz is their best option at the moment. They should take it to save the date.

well then Hearn could just follow the supposed Haymon model. Pay the fighter $400 bucks on his bout contract and then give him $162.5 billion on the side. Isnt that the arrangement that all the PBC fighters get?
