Haymon G checks Arum in a phone call

That's what I'm saying. Bob can afford to talk smack about whoever he wants, whenever he wants and he has done so on many occasions. Rival promotional companies, premium cable executives, influential journalists, etc.yeah al doesn't deal with Bob bc Bob is always so nice to him lol. Bob tells people like it is straight to their face; Oscar, Hearn, Floyd...all of a sudden he's going to shrink for someone on the phone? I think it's ****** to get so gossipy about how the call went. You guys are losing focus of the actual progress! I think it was Spence personally looking to make a point that he's not afraid of Crawford. I've always thought he was following the Haymon script keeping hush of Bud, but you can only follow script for so long. We'll see in due time.Comment

wasn’t a frivolous lawsuit. When Al Haymon backed down to get arum to drop the lawsuit it opened the door for arum to get his deal with espn. You can’t believe what Arum says. He’ll be back to saying something different next week. Haymon should wait until Crawford is a free agent again and swoop him up. No need to deal with a racist criminal who tried to frivolously take you to court to end your company. Why would Haymon work with a scumbag like that?
I do think Crawford wins a close figh tho. More skilled, very athletic, great foot movement. He’s almost a complete fighterComment

how did Arum get checked? They had a phone call. Lmao u love making shiznit up.Arum a lot more humble after the phone call with Haymon.
Told by @BobArum that he did speak to Al Haymon this week regarding a bout between @terencecrawford and @ErrolSpenceJr but Arum declines to reveal what was said and where it stands, which I believe we should consider progress and a positive for the sport.

I don't see anything about Haymon checking Arum, or Arum being humble. There's literally absolutely nothing to infer from that.
And the whole idea is ridiculous. There is absolutely no promoter that can "check" Arum today. a) he's more successful than all of them, easily including Haymon, b) He's 86 years old. He doesn't give a crap. That's why he says crazy sht quite often.Comment

Being A Crawford Fan From Omaha NE. I Agree There Isn't Any Good Names Left In The Top Rank Stable For Bud To Fight!? But, Waiting Out Buds Contract Is Gonna Put Bud Way Out Of His Prime,I Think He Just Resigned With Arum For Like...8 or 10 Years? I'm Not Really Sure,But I Know It Was A Long Contract! Kinda Sux Too!Comment
