yeah al doesn't deal with Bob bc Bob is always so nice to him lol. Bob tells people like it is straight to their face; Oscar, Hearn, Floyd...all of a sudden he's going to shrink for someone on the phone? I think it's ****** to get so gossipy about how the call went.
