Wildher vs Fury did 275k right? 179k isn't that bad by comparison.

Better than both Ward/Kovalev fights and better than GGG/Lemieux and GGG/Jacobs.

So at least you have that....Though not sure that is saying much since all those PPVs did under 200k buys lol.

Not bad, considering it really was a borderline PPV fight, and with no one of Mexican ethnicity in the main event, or in the other three PPV fights, the traditional Mexican and Mexican-American PPV purchaser was absent. Also, I don't think the timing of the ESPN marketing was good, yes, a last week push they did, but heavy marketing should have started 30 days before, not just the last 7 days. ESPN will learn, improve, and going forward have even better results.
Looking forward, I see Terence Crawford taking on Kell Brook next, and if a deal can't be made with Eddie Hearn for Brook, then I see Luis Collazo getting his Crawford Lottery ticket handed to him."
not a bad number for a non-mexican ppv these days... its actually more than ggg in his 2 ppv fights without canelo, and im not even sure that spence can do that vs khan, i mean there is a reason hs fight vs porter wont be ppv... but no a side here, both crwaford and spence draw about the same which isnt much, imo...

So 179K clueless casuals thought this would be a competitive fight. Contrast that with the 350K clueless casuals who thought Spence vs. Garcia would actually be a competitive fight and we can see which fan-base has more delusional casuals.

I'm not even joking, this man was dead serious thinking it was going to 700k buys. Usually you will hear some of the usual BS from promoters, but this guy told Kim/Lopez and others it will do 700k and how the ESPN megaphone was HUGE. Then he said wait until you guys see the commercial of the fight for Avengers that promotes the fight LMAO. He's going to be a very disappointed man....Or probably is already.
Remember when Richard Schaefer predicted Floyd vs guerrero would do 4 million buys? Lmao. Nothing will ever top that delusion.
