When Mayweather first ask Manny to do random testing, he was scoffed and laughed at. Some peoole were saying that he was ducking Pac. Blah blah. Mayweather started a trend but because it was Mayweather it wasn't taken seriously. But since that time....many a boxer have requested these random test and many have been caught. And still getting caught till this day.

All of these governing bodies are the same. One isn't any better than the other. All boxers cheat; Not just in America but in other countries as well. It's a systemic problem globally. Had it not been for an independent testing protocol like VADA; Miller would have never been caught.

I didn’t even know Hughie Fury and Galahad got busted. I don’t really keep with the U.K. domestic scene, 95% of them are trash and get put in their place by decent North American fighters.

Doping is wrong, but although it can make someone have more stamina and strength, it won't improve skill. Joshua would still probably beat Miller anyway. What is more dangerous and life threatening to an opponent, is if someone cheats by, for example, having plaster-of-paris type hard inserts in the gloves. That was done before, where trainer Panama Lewis (I stand corrected) was banned, and Margarito of course was a notorius case.

This is not amateur boxing you're not in a month long tournament in competition means when you sign the contract that's why BJS wasn't allowed a boxing license in the states

UKAD allow the use of a lot of banned substance all year round and claim they have a year round testing
