Yeah he signed with PBC a few months ago. His year of inactivity was due to TR not getting him fights and him trying to get out of the contract.

IMO Andy will take it if the offer if it’s made. I don’t see him balking at the offer just because he was kept in purgatory by Arum (which is funny since Bob is desperately trying to grab Heavyweights now that he has Fury and nobody to fight him)
