You're making the claim, so the onus is on you to provide background. Otherwise, it's all anecdotal conjecture based on a small sampling of data.

Again, on what are you basing this fact? Ideally, I'd like to review at least one study that concludes training at altitude ******s the speed at which muscle fibers twitch.

I'm not discounting your observation. Just doubtful. There are so many training factors involved in the outcome you purport to be solely due to altitude. e.g. genetics, nutrition, skills practice (or lack of), fitness protocols, proper sleep, etc.

i already proved it. everyone knows about big bear training and no ATG that aged well trains there.

        theoretically.

who has done it successfully? most atg's that aged well train at seal level.

you don't deprive your muscle of oxygen all camp.

train in a submarine = fight forever. they called archie moore the old mongoose because he trained in a hole in the ground he dug in his backyard.

You've proven nothing. For every Big Bear there are sea level facilities that have never hosted a champion's training camp. Could it simply be that the number of high altitude camps are much smaller in comparison to the number of urban gyms, and therefore the proportion of elite fighters that train in one type versus the other are similar? Again, please cite some references to peer-reviewed studies if you have them.
