Yeah, that one. He got a huge hand from the audience when he fought Cojanu, his fight immediately after the Wilder fight. If you think winning a fight is the only way to raise one's stock then you are mistaken. What are you, Floyd Mayweather?
He showed heart, boxing ability, and power in the fight with Wilder. Came closer to beating him than anyone else - Until Fury was robbed of a clear 12 round decision.Comment

no he doesn’t because he is not a NY like miller who would attract his own crowd and would drum up a big promotion....Ortiz is Cuban is over 40 and was Joey by wilder....why does Joshua have to pay ten times over the odds than what wilder paid him... it’s ridiculous ducking
HAHAHAHA.
New York knows and respects Ortiz ever since his battle with Wilder. Big Baby is a big nobody.Comment

I'm going to go out on a limb and say Ortiz, IF he get the Wilder rematch will get NO MORE than 1.5/2 mill.Comment

yup...but the hearn buttboys will run around saying "hearn offered x amount of times his biggest payday" and run around repeating it over and over
Theres a thing called a market price...and hearn set it...6.5 for miller than Ortiz is worth at least every penny of that
hes not worth more..or 10 million
but hes worth at least 6.5....it doesn't matter what Ortiz previous high payday is...doesn't matter AT ALL.....hearn set the market price and then lowballed
This market price theory is interesting, but not fully padded out, probably to your own benefit.
If this is theory is true, then here are the qualifications you need to mention also:
Miller isn’t worth 6.5 million. His pay reflects the lack of opponents available for Joshua at the time, where Joshua would be criticised for taking in weak opponents.
Now, Ortiz isn’t worth 6.5 million. Joshua can fight any lower ranked fighter and would not receive criticism, because it’s not his fault Miller failed the tests. The offer from Hearn is actually fairly high considering they do not need to fight the supposed ‘boogeyman’
Your argument does not fit your conclusionComment

Luis Ortiz is the only top class heavyweight available that will give the event a big fight feel.
It doesn't have to be $10 million but he does deserve what Miller would have gotten.Comment

he could have set himself up for life with that payday. hes probably not going to get another one at his age. he got offered 10x his best career payday, and hes crying about being lowballed. common sense tells me he's taking something and he knows he will fail a test, cause even if he doesnt think he can beat joshua i dont see why he wouldnt get knocked out for that sort of payday.Comment
