yup...but the hearn buttboys will run around saying "hearn offered x amount of times his biggest payday" and run around repeating it over and over

Theres a thing called a market price...and hearn set it...6.5 for miller than Ortiz is worth at least every penny of that

hes not worth more..or 10 million

but hes worth at least 6.5....it doesn't matter what Ortiz previous high payday is...doesn't matter AT ALL.....hearn set the market price and then lowballed

        Duck confirmed.

I hope Eddie doesn't counter it. Ortiz is a greedy PoS.

That will leave Haymon in a hole, he's gonna have to pay Ortiz $5m minimum to fight Deyonce again.

Even if you feel the offer is a little low as a matter of academics, in reality that is a solid offer of a 5 million dollar payday, against the no.1 of the division for 3/4 belts. A rematch would net him well north of 10 million.

I can’t see any justification at all, especially considering what he was paid vs Wilder
lemme seeee... an undefeated trash talking american from new york or a cuban who doesn't speak english, was recently KTFO and last seen on erislandy lara's undercard fighting for 200k.

            Jee that's a tough one

              7.5 and make the fight.

No duck, on short notice a little more than 6.5 is right.

He already said he has options, he doesn’t need Joshua as long as he gets Wilder which Haymon can deliver, not Hearn.

Not a duck, quite opposite taking career into your hands. Ortiz ain’t a fool he has a few shots
Left. I see it more likely he can beat Wilder instead of Joshua and he knows it. He don’t wanna lose anymore so he’ll take what he sees as winnable fights. I’d rather he fight Joshua but it’s his life, not ours.

that's pathetic if that's the case. i get trying to leverage your way into the whole purse that miller was suppsoed to get [around 7 million IIRC,] but FFS this is a dude who has made no more than 500 grand in purse for a single fight.

he'd end up with around 2 million bucks after taxes and paying his team, probably more! take a few more fights after that, hopefully get one more title shot, and retire.

                sheesh

dudes are turning down five million bucks these days.

They're STILL negotiating? No way? I thought Haymon blocked Ortiz over a week ago? LMAO! LEVERAGE!

                    lowball confirmed

hearn sets market price for miller at 6.5

offers higher ranked guy 5 mil...higher ranked guy also had FOTY candidate in nyc against a top 3 HW previously

somehow hearn thinks miller is worth more than Ortiz=crazy

lowball confirmed...attempt to kill fight complete...way to go eddie

best part is these aren't the only guys to accuse hearn of lowballing...it spans not only the HW division too

no he doesn’t because he is not a NY like miller who would attract his own crowd and would drum up a big promotion....Ortiz is Cuban is over 40 and was Koed by wilder and made a career highest purse vc wilder at 350k....why does Joshua have to pay ten times over the odds than what wilder paid him... it’s ridiculous ducking
