Last night’s showtime card was the worst of the year so far. I don’t ever need to see any of those fighters except for Efe ever again.
Only big signing from the Olympics for Al was Spence...The only one! No one was talking about oh wow, Al just signed Breazeale!!!! Or Gausha!!! That was the worst performing Olympic class we have damn near ever seen.

Good, because I didn't even the fights last night since I was watching the game 7. Caught the Ajagba fight this morning. No way in hell was I watching Easter/Rances after seeing the compubox stats from it.

I would never pay for a PPV with Khan headlining.

So that means a Mexican and a brit didn't sell 250k right?

            Liam Smith, really?
Canelo Alvarez’s stoppage of Liam Smith on Sept. 17 produced an attendance record of 51,420 for a boxing match at AT&T Stadium. No such records were set on HBO PPV, but it didn’t spit the bit, either. The bout against the mostly unknown Smith garnered around 300,000 buys.
Maybe inflated a bit but who the hell is Liam Smith?

He lost to Jaime Munguia! Don't get me wrong the 22 year old kid is the future.

Who was Tyson Fury in the U.S. before the Wilder fight? He'd been off for over 2 years and had only fought in the UK on undercards right before his fight with Wilder. The last time the U.S. saw him fight was the Klitschko fight. That fight was not something you'd want the public to see if you're trying to sell a PPV.

The fact is Wilder & Fury outperformed Canelo & Smith
