Mauricio Sulaiman said he might give Mikey the belt with the ringtones but he first needs to swing by Buffalo Wild Wings for a pop and grab another dart board to dress that belt up. The boards fit so perfectly in the middle of the WBC belt that Sulaiman says he's tempted to make one for himself.

Zaur Abdullaev is #2 with the WBC. Haney is #3, Lopez is #4. Now we know these sanctioning bodies just create their own rules as they go along but don't they at least have to order #1 vs. #2 first?


With that said, next time their rankings update in May I wouldn't be surprised to see Lopez sitting at #2 since he did just beat Tatli who was rated #9 by the WBC (probably why that fight was made in the first place).

Luke's a solid fighter but I suspect you're right in this context - I think Lopez likely gives him his first KO loss.... whichever way it goes Campbell is well regarded enough that questions over Lopez' legitimacy should be put to bed if he were to beat him.


But damn if it wasn't tempting to drop in a Campbell's soup tin pic just, well... because. There's a Disney anniversary Mickey Mouse one that could have been made for just this purpose... Expect we'll be seeing plenty of those in the coming months if this fight does get made though.
