"Khan was beaten by Terence Crawford in a WBO welterweight title bout on Saturday after succumbing to a low blow in the sixth round in New York."

I hate that the ending got twisted into this. Amir was thoroughly beaten and wanted a way out without getting knocked out or getting embarrassed further. The low blow afforded him that, but they should call it what it was -- he quit, it was a TKO.

      Khan Vs. Bradley (Comeback)
      Khan Vs. Maidana (Comeback)
      Khan Vs. J. Benavidez
      Khan Vs. Brook... ect

Still plenty of guys out there that would love to add Amir to their record.

He's simply not improving under Hunter. Still lacking awareness, not moving his head. Throwing the same ole tired combos, pushing his punches, and even looping his punches a bit now. I thought if anything Virgil could improve his defense but that hasn't happened at all.

He literally was better off just staying with Roach at the wildcard. I think he was probably getting better sparring there too.
Probably taking more punishment there too. They sparred hard, probably take years off your career. Don't a lot of boxers say that though? Who actually retires at 30 in Boxing anymore. He just $5m minimum for this fight. You think he's going to continue to turn down million dollar pay days. Khan is still a big name but people have realised he's not the top dog anymore.

He can still fight people like Broner and make good money.

He had two of his best performances with Virgil, vs Collazo and Alexander. He looked his best physically and performance-wise in those fights.

Although Virgil probably has more knowledge in his pinky than I have period, I respectfully disagree.

I think Khan is shot and will not succeed at anything beyond being a glass chinned gatekeeper.

Look at that cover photo. You just know what Virgil's saying.

Khan did get low blowed when he was lighting Crawford up. It's not a surprise to use low blows to change momentum. Cotto did to zab...Peterson did it to Rios etc End of day though hard to be a Khan fan anymore.

It seems like the great talent of Ward led to the illusion of Hunter being a great trainer. No doubt the man is a good coach but I think Ward would have been great under any trainer.

                  There is no blow blow
                  It was a good punts!!
Nevertheless Khan is one of the most ****** fighters out there. Virgil the snake Hunter sees himself as care person for a mentally disabled child making sure Khan is not getting killed and being rewarded nicely for his services.
Hunter made the **** jerk even weaker. He used to be most dangerous under Roach and on Arizas Shakes jumping around the ring like on TBN throwing lightning fast combination and absorbing crazy punishment

Khan made the Adrenaline spiked Crawford look slow and one dimensional

Khan has true vision...he understood, felt it & recognized it, his absolute worst beating was in motion and progressing each second Crawford touched him...Khan continues to thank Virgil for saving him and should do so every day he's alive !
