Exactly! First, it was the judges and how they may not be fair, then came the Lara/Trout fight comparisons, and now this?!

Yeah, Jacobs doesn't sound entirely sure he's gonna win this one. I hope he puts up a fight and doesn't show up for the payday.

Look at Canelo's opponents since then. GGG, Cotto, Chavez, Kirkland, Fielding, Smith etc.. none of them are guys that can give him movement to trouble him.

He hasn't fought any threat that can really box and move since Lara, everyone has been flat footed. So we don't really know..
Funny fact: Cotto won most of his rounds while jabbing and moving..landing almost nothing of significance, but Ca$hnelo landed even less..

I've long said Danny J is going to fight like Lara/Trout hybrid. High volume with high movement and lots of 1's then move and 1, 2's then move

I'm a HUGE Canelo fan, but dude has great difficulty with moving targets

Yeah, i rate Canelo among the very best if you're a static target but he really does struggle with fighters that can move and even if he has improved overall, he hasn't really fought a threat that can move since Lara. The Khan fight showed he can still struggle with movement but Khan is Khan.

That said, Jacobs HAS to be active with punches while moving. Let's be honest, we know it's difficult to get a decision over Canelo if the fight can be perceived as a close fight. Jacobs can't move and not throw enough or he won't win the rounds, even if Canelo isn't doing much.

If Jacobs thinks he can go in there and move without making Canelo pay for anything, he won't win.

I think Jacobs has the ability to win the fight. Whether it would be enough to convince the judges is another thing.

Canelo knows how to cut the ring well

          He improved in that recently

And his body work is f.cking good

Canelo will K.O Jacobs with body shots

I also think the body work will be the difference, if Nelo wins like that, it will be very impressive and his biggest win of his career
