Ohhhhh Victor Ortiz. You had the world at your hands potentially. Golden Boy did a great job promoting you back in those days.

Who was the bigger disappointment Ortiz or Vargas?

If Maidana comes back in good shape and fights Ortiz again, he will stop him again.

ODLH was the biggest disappointment for allowing Haymon to pull the rug underneath him while he was to busy doing you know what. Lets not forget that in those days it was haymon & schaffield running gbp not ODLH!
Vargas got thrown in to the lions way too young! Tito/odlh FV was never the same! Ortiz got inflated by gbp publicity than they feed him to maidana to build him and it backfired!
Poor management & personal choices ruined the boxing career! They both were great warriors until someone made the wrong choice for them. More than once that is...

Put Victor Ortiz, Devon Alexander, Andre Berto, Josesito Lopez, Adrien Broner and bring Amir Khan back to Pbc for the ultimate 6-man washed tournament. The double elimination tournament will feature several rematches as these warriors battle to prove who is the least washed, washed fighter.
I just got the phone call. John Molina said yes willing to move up to 147 and join this tournament of has beens. Robert Guerrero also put his name in the hat to complete this 8 man PBC washed torvamente.

No thanks. Ortiz, Berto and Alexander should retire, no need to see this guys anymore. maidana should stay retired. he lost 5 years, no need to come back at 36.
