At 130 this is a very competitive fight that could go either way. Anything under that Barrera destroys Loma.

Inside fighting Loma would get caught several times...if Pedraza was able to murk his face a bit. Barrera had fast reflexes against Hamed. Loma wins. Barrera could make it a brawl, and a harder hitter than Pedraza or Salido. Got Loma by MD, but probably UD. PAC was just too strong for Barrera, and the Top Rank juicing for no advanced testing back then made PAC look good.
