I dont expect Khan to be masterbating on cam for a good while with the amount of low blows he took against the American, and im guessing there will be more 'reports' of Faryal, Joshua and Kel Brook

Maybe you meant Arum is "just a lying, tight fisted big nose..." because he stick his big nose where it doesn't belong. But most do know that Arum's ***ish, so that type of thing comes up.

Fact is, it seems that boxing is one place where racism is tolerated, and maybe it's not a bad thing. People do need to let off steam, and Don Rickles isn't around to do it with humor.

I see posts here denigrating either Yanks or Brits, or saying Khan should go somewhere and herd goats. Maybe this IS a safe place for that kind of thing, as long as it's not taken too seriously!

Certainly a lot of big fights are keyed to British vs Irish, Puerto Rican vs Mexican, etc., and the national anthems are played in order to stir all of it up. The Khan-Crawford fight probably had Brits rooting for Khan and Americans rooting for Crawford. Who Europeans or Asians rooted for, I have no idea.

But I think we do agree that anyone of any race or religion who steps into the ring can be capable of being brave and admirable in victory or defeat.

They not only make their people proud, but win over others. Muhammad Ali was an example of that. So many whites rooted for him even if the opponent was Quarry or Bugner. A lot of other examples of that.

I can think of a lot of prideful boxers who wore the green of Ireland, or the Star of David (even James Toney did that for a while!) or the colors of their country's flag. In the end, it's about sportsmanship win or lose.

It's all good...unless you don't take the full five minutes, Amir...
      I take back my words

We are laughing at you in the VIP section, I was asked to temporarily moderate boxing's most coveted realestate. For this insult I'm dropping you in rank for potential candidate to join boxingscene's elite. You may win my favor once again Noel IF you can say...BOMBSQUAD!!!

I'm sure even Arum knew that this was not going to be a memorable fight. The job of a promotor is to sell the fight. I attended the card and was satisfied by the quality. Adames, Stevenson, and Lopez all looked good. Crawford won easily which most expected. Prospect Edgar Berlanga is now 10-0 with 10 first round K.O's. I can't wait to see him step up the competition. All in all a decent night out!

I knew Bud would win and actually took odds for khan to make it to the 8th round and more. We are all aware of Khan deficiencies but I’ve never seen Khan outboxed from round 1 to completion. He looked absolute garbage. Credit definitely goes to Crawford but also a combination of Khan being a shot fighter. Easiest fight Bud has had. He needs that marquee opponent for me to really take notice. Amazing boxer though however if a fighter gets punched on his thighs and decides to quit he doesn’t deserve to be in the ring with him

It was a sad ending for Khan. I was expecting a better effort out of him. Thought it would be competitive for awhile. You are correct that it was a combo of Khan looking finished against a champ on his game. I am a big fan of Crawford's. I am lucky to have attended two of his fights. The first was against Felix Diaz who he also thoroughly dominated. Like any other fight fan I would love to see him in against Spence, Thurman, or Danny G.
