He's the same one who criticized brook right after brook quit vs spence in a much more severe circumstance.
Khan wasn't hit on the cup, testicles..clearly, the punch landed on his upper thigh area...Khan's next venture is bare knuckle circuit, taking dives there!

Sure, Kcon could have continued .....

There is a difference between a "Low Blow" and a "Groin shot". The latter has the greater potential of being the most devastating, and can be a fight ending shot.

Kcon got hit below the belt in the upper thigh (According to the videos and pictures), no where near his groin area. Now unless Kcon's anatomy differs from every other male on the planet .... he wasn't hit in the groin.

In my humble estimation, Team Kcon, with Kcon's complete blessing, chose to take the out instead of taking another KO - Which would have been devastating to Kcon's career.

All this post-fight BS coming from Team Kcon is just that .... BS.

Another KO would have been the end of Kcon's career, and Team Kcon would rather have the fight end in a TKO, than call it a career.

This is bad for the sport and isn't what fans pay good money to see happen.

Sounds a tad anti-Semitic. Arum wasn't lying when he said Khan could have continued, and he wasn't tight-fisted (cheap) when he paid Khan to simply do what he's done in the past (lose embarrassingly).

As for having a big nose, no, Arum actually doesn't. But Khan does. The stereotypical nose that is attributed solely to the ***s is actually quite common in people all over the Middle East. Two of the most famous Lebanese with that feature: Danny Thomas (who played a *** in The Jazz Singer) and Jamie Farr (of MASH fame).

Arum, Don King, Haymon...throw in Eddie Hearn...they all have critics for the same reasons, regardless of their race or religion.

Why we talking religion dude? Khan has one hell of a hooter which is plain to see and he also lied like Pinocchio when Crawford tapped his leg. I was waiting for the stretcher for his injury.
Arum is a liar saying it was a fight for the generations lol he knew very well it wasn't and tricked people into a PPV when it clearly wasn't which is a typical tight fisted move by him as should have been a free fight. Didn't realise Arum was a middle eastern *** and irrespective of who he is I felt he lied and so did Khan the bum.
I'm just upset with how the fight panned out as we were promised more.

Actually, I do enjoy it when somebody gets clocked so hard that in the slo-mo replay, you can see the ears flap back and forth.

But convulsing on the canvas like an epileptic is good. Haven't seen much of that, just the foot twitch once in a while. And the Berbick dance after parting company with Tyson's fist.

My apologies. I agree about the fight being a disappointment. Pay good money and Khan quits. He's a pro and he should know better. He was NEVER hit in the nuts? NEVER hit in the liver? The pain does go away within 5 minutes. Sometimes within 1 minute.

Maybe you meant Arum is "just a lying, tight fisted big nose..." because he stick his big nose where it doesn't belong. But most do know that Arum's ***ish, so that type of thing comes up.

Fact is, it seems that boxing is one place where racism is tolerated, and maybe it's not a bad thing. People do need to let off steam, and Don Rickles isn't around to do it with humor.

I see posts here denigrating either Yanks or Brits, or saying Khan should go somewhere and herd goats. Maybe this IS a safe place for that kind of thing, as long as it's not taken too seriously!

Certainly a lot of big fights are keyed to British vs Irish, Puerto Rican vs Mexican, etc., and the national anthems are played in order to stir all of it up. The Khan-Crawford fight probably had Brits rooting for Khan and Americans rooting for Crawford. Who Europeans or Asians rooted for, I have no idea.

But I think we do agree that anyone of any race or religion who steps into the ring can be capable of being brave and admirable in victory or defeat.

They not only make their people proud, but win over others. Muhammad Ali was an example of that. So many whites rooted for him even if the opponent was Quarry or Bugner. A lot of other examples of that.

I can think of a lot of prideful boxers who wore the green of Ireland, or the Star of David (even James Toney did that for a while!) or the colors of their country's flag. In the end, it's about sportsmanship win or lose.

It's all good...unless you don't take the full five minutes, Amir...

For me watching the fight again . how many low blows was landed before Khan winced? the ref wasn't even going to call ANY thing against the American.

Khan has balls of steel to withstand the hammering he received.
