I hate to say it but my guess is that boxing, at its elite levels, is much like professional cycling in that the majority are probably on something to some level and the exception is the odd clean fighter or so. Miller's crime is that he was on multiple PEDs and he was obviously sloppy about it. When he came under a stringent and varied testing regimen, he was exposed. Those with more resources can probably still evade even the best testing protocols and even use the tests to gain an advantage over their opponents with less resources.

I agree. It makes him a complete moron; No question about it. Chances are he has never been randomly tested before and this was all new to him.

He has gotten away with it for so long in the past that he had forgotten that he was playing by a separate and new set of rules. I guess bad habits are hard to break.

He's a cheat through and through. Chances are he has been juicing his entire career but has only popped dirty once because there was only post fight urine testing for it; Which made him that much wiser and slicker to go undetected.
