I have watched Fa fight. He is pedestrian and not ready for Joshua, but he at least has a boxing pulse and would bring an honest effort. I have enjoyed what I have seen of him, but he is strictly "C" level at best right now. I cannot imagine they settle for him. Guess it all comes down to who would say yes. Fa at least would come cheap if you have to settle.
