It got in his body no doubt. How is a HUGE question for him. If his B sample is positive of course the fight is ruined. But if it turns out he didn't take it, and someone else is RESPONSIBLE for it getting into him, won't you be the hero with all of your rush to judgement that turns out to be WRONG.

Ofcourse a**holes don't ever wait for ALL ofthe facts to come out.
There is a legal concept - strict liability. Having banned substances is a strict liability violation. In other words nobody cares how it got in there. It got there - that's all one needs to prove. Of course, the commission can then decide if there are circumstances that aggravate the liability or eliviate. That, however, for a fighter to demonstrate the existence of such circumstances. This isn't a criminal law and commission does not need to have a proof of anything other than a boxer having the banned substance in his system. The severity of the punishment may be affected by commission's findings of whether it was taken inadvertently, without any knowledge and etc. But he is not going to get a pass on this no matter how much he whines about that being administered to him without his knowledge.

So...yeah, let's wait for all the facts to come out. Like sample B. If sample B confirms sample A - he is toast.

Yes, it's on Miller... but I can see Warren's point. It almost like the 60s when fans would bring heavy drugs backstage to the bands, management was lax, band would take 'em, then they were too stoned to play the concert. Fighters need their manager watching things closer. Earn their money for a change. Not just show up at the fight.

Having said that.... Miller has to take full responsibility, even if it wasn't intentional. Sux but that's the breaks in this biz. Shame too, would've been an interesting fight for a few rounds.

It's engine oil with a viscosity thicker than molasses, but it is great for lowering fuel consumption. It gives you extra miles to the gallon, which means a vehicle and/ or a fighter won't run out of gas during a long trip or ring battle.

                Alexjust is absolutely correct.

There are people here who seem confused.

If you have a banned performance enhancing drug in your body when tested you are not presumed innocent, you are presumed guilty

It is now up to you to prove something that constitutes persuasive mitigating circumstances.

It seems vanishingly unlikely that this will be possible. This wasnt clen. This was an experimental drug now withdrawn that isn't in the foofchain or commercial supplements. It is too dangerous. He is indeed toast.

Don't tell the Brits that! You didn't hear? Whyte is a MONSTER! Everyone is ducking him, including Fury, Wilder and Ortiz! And let's not forget Joshua! He's the best HW of all time! Nearly the Undisputed HW Champion of the World! How can Joshua vs. Whyte not be on the level of Canelo vs. Lara, or Loma vs. Rigo?
