I agree life ban for any offenders will help stop the athletes from cheating as well as wiping it out from our sports. People pay to watch certain sports people perform but not to watch the backups!

I don't know how Hearn fixes this. If he brings in a scrub, will there be refunds? If he gets a name, will he up the ante?
