I think just because of the outside chance of contamination possible even from an opponents people or country a 2yr ban for 1st time is fair,2nd life its only a matter of time before someone gets killed or hurt BAD.Will be …….interesting for a lack of a better word what happens to the cheat who gets caught in that situation.Most people don't remember or don't want to but it was Mayweather who FIRST asked for random testing for him and opponent.
