Hasn't boxing got interested..
Think about if you were Ortiz, Pulev, Whyte, Kownacki, etc... you would be demanding HUGE dollars as you know that 1. AJ was meant to fight in April in Wembley and that got delayed and cancelled (due to Ortiz) and 2. this was meant to be AJ's big debut in the US of A.
So putting into logic of "the show must go on" and I believe it is already a sell-out, i actually believe Eddie (and other promoter for that sake) will go rank the opponents by their $$$ demand. Thus, I won't be surprised if it is a person outside the top 10.Comment

GW1516, eh? Dr Pepper next?
Why the delay from a test near a month ago? Why not next year?
Where's the results for the Commish and judges and ref for this fight?
Where's BALCO Vic VADA test results an why are his vitamins the only legal ones?
And why boxing?
NFL/MLB/NBA and our thousands of politicians and business leaders get free passes.
Long may the beatings continue is it?Comment

Cant fight a Cuban at MSG? You mustve typed that before you thought about it. Cubans, Latinos in general will show out for Ortiz. Damn near 200k population within NY/NJ. And you know the eastern euros will show out for Pulev. I'm fine with either or at this point. Prefer Ortiz, but wouldnt be upset with AJ fulfilling his mandoComment

I think he will still fight Miller, but if Miller is replaced? It needs to be a american fighter. That is the whole point of fighting in america, and taking on a american.
Byrant Jennings maybe 'I think it is situations like this that highlight how little strength and depth the heavyweight division has these days' the super-heavyweight era, well there is nothing super about it.
I have just seen that Bryant Jennings has been beaten recently in his latest fight by Oscar Rivas.
I don't think any of the top guys would take the Anthony Joshua fight on this sort of notice on principle.Last edited by PRINCEKOOL; 04-17-2019, 09:56 AM.Comment
