The problem is its very transparent what peoples agenda is regarding lopez. And weve been through this before, everyone demanded he fight walters then called him a bum, the same with rigo then he was too small. A lot of people had russell beating him as loma had recently lost to salido but he doesnt get any credit for that now and russell is a bum. So we arr meant to believe that if he beats lopez whos probably less proven than all 3 and 21 years old, people are gonna say wow what a great win? Im not even talking about tank cause they are outright ducking loma, ellerbe seemed as if he was bragging that they 'dont need loma and will make their own path'

I'm absolutely down with both Loma vs Lopez and Loma vs Tank. Explaining why I think both are unlikely right now ain't the same as not wanting 'em. I was hoping for Loma - Commey next, but if Commey were to fight Lopez as has been hinted it would either legitimise Teofimo or provide a suitable tune up for Commey. Only problem it still leaves Loma without a dance partner next.

Either way I just don't see Arum wanting to make it. Old dude's gonna be wondering why he wants to put a L on one of his stars when he doesn't need to.
