    Loma: The Davis/Lopez Situation

    The good Loma fans:

I know a lot of you are angry with the "haters." I don't understand it. The way I see this thing is completely different. I see it as the "haters" keeping Loma in the spotlight. You can't get everyone to like him. (I do, the fanboys say I don't.)

You say he's a great fighter, but really, not many talk about him unless the "haters" or his fans make a thread. It's gonna be silence, if the "haters" are silenced.

BoxingScene is read worldwide. It's the best boxing website in the world, IMO. (I mean this forum, NSB. It has a lot of great posters and contributors, even when I don't agree with them.) Almost everyone involved in boxing reads our discussions.

A lot of journalists and boxing people take our ideas and endless arguments here and write an article about it the next day that goes viral (like the Lopez/Davis situation for Loma). They do the same with our ideas about promotions, splits, odds, fight strategies, and a lot more. We are the world, we are the boxing fans, not the children!

Why don't you want that? Why don't you want people talking about your favorite fighter? It doesn't always have to be good. Good boxers have many critics. Nobody talks much about average boxers. Loma isn't average.

This is a boxing forum. The sole purpose of it is to discuss boxing ideas. Many people will disagree with you. Grow thicker skins, they may not be haters. Loma is highly skilled, and if his competition is not questioned, it means nobody cares.

People want him to act like the special fighter that he is and find true challenges these last few years of his career.

Two young special fighters for Loma: Gervonta Davis and Teofimo Lopez. I wanna see something happening there.

If not, good luck to him. I personally won't talk about anything Loma anymore.

    War Boxing!

who do you think he is more scared of? he ran from tank and even changed divisions leaving tank to fight nothing but bums which he hates doing. lopez is clearly the best fighter in the division and he keeps making him jump through hoops. hes treating lopez like an unproven undercard fighter wtf loma the scared clown. i wouldnt be surprised if we find out he paid off everyone to rank bums like crolla and campbell above lopez just so he could avoid him

Mikey is a destroyer of world at 135 he bodybags Lomo early.

Linares dropped and badly hurt Lomo so Mikey basically puts him in a coma with his shots

You talk like a casual. Mikey won't be putting Loma in anything. I'd pick Mikey if they fought tho.

Did I ever say Loma ran to 135 because of Davis. Maybe the Davis fanboys did.

You can't fight someone that doesn't want to fight you...so I don't know why you even mention Davis. I'm not convinced Lopez is more than just talk. Now that Loma is back to full health I already hear excuses coming out of his mouth. "He only got this year to fight me" "I'm giving him ultimatums, I don't need Loma" "I'm going to 140 next year". He knows damn well Loma wants to fight champions. So all he has to do to get the fight is get a belt or stay at 135 until Loma is done with the champions, then it's his turn. It's as simple as that. What is so hard to understand for anyone here?
