I think the difference in weight hurt wilder, literally. He was outweighed by over 50lbs. That’s a flyweight in with a super middleweight. The biggest mistake wilder had made is allowing his weight to go from 230 down to 208, that’s just ridiculous. You could see his punch resistance was almost null and void in that fight. There appears to be some flaws in not only his style but with his trainers as well. Clearly he needs a very learned and assertive strength and conditioning coach. He needs to be no lower than 230 and I would prefer 235. Imagine if those punches had been coming from Joshua who weighs what 245-260 and built like a body builder.

AJ only fights one bum a year so that might take a very long time.

Hes just not built for that kind of weight. He hits hard enough already, extra weight would just sap hes stamina and slow him. What he needs is a real boxing coach to learn some skills. Have you seen how he hits the pads? Its an insult to the eyeball.

Wilders next fight is one of those bums AJ beat already. Deontay has fought two decent fighters, struggling with the old one with high blood pressure, lost to the comebacking junkie in the eyes of everyone but him.
