I think the difference in weight hurt wilder, literally. He was outweighed by over 50lbs. That’s a flyweight in with a super middleweight. The biggest mistake wilder had made is allowing his weight to go from 230 down to 208, that’s just ridiculous. You could see his punch resistance was almost null and void in that fight. There appears to be some flaws in not only his style but with his trainers as well. Clearly he needs a very learned and assertive strength and conditioning coach. He needs to be no lower than 230 and I would prefer 235. Imagine if those punches had been coming from Joshua who weighs what 245-260 and built like a body builder.
