Like I said, I think Miller is actually a tough fight for Joshua, but the Wlad comparison doesn’t really work for me in this context. Wlad was a great fighter, he still had tons of experience, decent shot selection and power when he fought Joshua.

That Joshua got up from that shot to eventually stop Wlad so early in his career should be admired, not pointed at as a potential weakness.

Joshua has had 3 fights since then and seems to have learnt a lot. Miller will be facing someone who’s taller, more experienced on the big stage, with a better reach, more power and who seems **** up for the fight.
You are missing the point. The first to go on an aging and shot fighter is his stamina. Wladimir no longer had the same amount of energy or stamina he had in his early youth to put Joshua away.

However, Big baby Miller does. He has exceptional cardiovascular conditioning for a man his size with a high workrate to go along with it. If he gets AJ to punch himself out then he just might be able to put Joshua away.

The point I’m making is that stamina aside, Wlad was still a very good boxer with a great jab, and heavy hands that allowed him to engineer opportunities against Joshua. He still had single shot power too, which as you’ll know is one of the last things to leave older boxers. Miller doesn’t have those attributes.

Miller has workrate, and stamina on his side, but he is also shorter, has less reach and hasn’t been in with high quality opposition.

If Joshua has learnt anything from the Klitschko & Takam fights, it’s how to conserve his energy and not punch himself out.

Like I said, I think it’ll be a decent fight, but I’m not sure Miller will be able to worry Joshua with workrate and weight alone.
