Yeah crolla was a meh fight, agreed

But Teo might be a sht one at this point too.
His 7 rounds Vs Magdaleno aren't that great. Is he really supposed to stop loma because he krushed Matson Menard?

    You guys are off.

How do we know teo will be competitive?
He's beating guys at best ranked 80 on boxrec. Crolla was top 15...

I don't rate top fighters Vs journeymen...
what narrative changing do you speak of? Stop making things up to try and prove your point. My point remains that lopez is a fight that fans want to see, definitely more so than a fight with Campbell. Definitely more than his last fight and Lopez will bring more interest than most of his past fights like the ones vs Sosa or marriaga. Even without a belt he'd bring more interest than fights vs pedraza and Martinez as well. It honestly sounds like you're just making excuses for Loma to go in another direction and in the case of Campbell, that isn't a better option.

We've already established that Lopez is NOBODY (32nd lightweight). Now, let's assume Loma takes the fight with him and wipes him out. What good will it do to Loma? It will not enhance his reputation or status since he wiped out a NOBODY. On the other hand if Lopez challenges for a title and wins (which is not certain) then Loma will get some credit for beating a world champion. The point is the Honduran dumb-ass needs to win a title or do something to earn a shot against P4P best.

        I thought he beat Linares.

He's more proven than teo who has been crushing us bums level can drivers

Garcia should be first on the list but he widely lost his last fight.

        So I understand Loma's point.
Lopez beats Campbell whenever they fight, period.

        Let's not deflect here lol

Lopez beating Campbell remains to be seen.

Lopez is a fight that American fans wants to see because Lopez has been hyped by uncle bob on TV beating cans that even crolla would beat up, let alone Campbell.

Lopez is a prospect at this point, if he fights hard hitting commey next, he might have a problem. Then if he beats commey, great with have a real superfight. How is that hard to get?

He just make complete sense from a business and boxing points.

Maybe but it remains to be seen

Lopez never fought someone top 50, Campbell did multiple times.

silly me, I assumed fights that would garner the most interest would likely translate into better business, hence more money. So now you're saying that fighting Campbell is better for business and will get Loma a bigger pay day than if he fought lopez? I doubt that.

Campbell is absolute trash, I don't want another Loma bum bash.

At least Lopez (if he beats Commey for a belt) brings excitement, a dangerous unknown element, and eagerness to rip Loma's head off. Not to mention the kid will hype this fight up to crazy levels.

No I am saying, Lopez Vs Loma after Lopez beats commey is bigger, barely ppv unification of 3 belts, I didn't say anything about Crolla selling bigger, sure American casuals will buy Lopez over Campbell...

At this point I'd rather almost see Campbell.

Beating an unranked prospect doesn't bring anything to Loma.

Campbell won gold in London just like Loma.

It does make sense for Loma, Lopez, Bob and the 135 division.

I hope Lopez get that championship fight next.
