Based on what? He is definitely behind Whyte. Whyte has beaten two former world champions and gone life and death with the #1 guy.
Ortiz has struggled against Christian Lol Hammer and lost to a poor paper WBC 'champion'.
Nope, take the hype away and the truth is there.
I would not have Fury above Whyte and would kick Usyk out for Joyce or Miller.

Whyte has fought better opponents in his 10 fights than Wilder. The only genuine fights Wilder has had were an eyesore where he was helped against good old man, Ortiz and of course, with half-resurrected Fury. Fury won that fight but Alejandro did the job he was paid to do
