Hip Hop is garbage in general. Most of these rappers glorify violence all the time in their music so its no surprise to me that so many hip hop artists have been shot over the years.

Tragic and unfortunate ending for Nipsey Hussle. Top Rank showed class and empathy by moving the weigh-in so the funeral could take place at Staples.

Nip wasn't even ****ing anymore he was passed that, just because you grow up and mature it doesn't mean you Change who you are. He was always going to have a gangster mentality but he wasn't doing gangster sh.it anymore. I don't think you know what the deal is with nipsey the man, the one who opened businesses in the hood to help his own people who like him at one point were in the everyday struggle. He had a meeting scheduled with LAPD, a meeting that he requested himself, to see what were the department's short and long term goals and also see how he can help with those goals and see how they can work together to stop gang violence and help kids.

This is largely what forms my opinion on the matter. That and I really wasn’t impressed by the music. I’m not glad he’s dead, wouldn’t have wished him any harm, in fact I honestly hadn’t heard of the guy til the news of his murder. But it is a bit hard to understand this deification of him.
Oh well.
