He was looking old and gun-shy in his last few fights and left on a performance that earned him respect in a defeat. Why come back after two straight losses when you're just older and still gun-shy? As to Wlad, if Wlad was truly motivated, not just about money, he would not have retired 2 years ago and turned down a Joshua rematch. The motivation was gone and now he is two years older than this this retirement speech which means IF he comes back, there is no motivation outside of money:
