Should Loma Just Go Ahead and F Up Lopez's Career?

Lopez has been talking a lot of shlt. So maybe Loma should just spank him and send him on his way. Would be hilarious in my opinion. I don't see how a kid with twelve fights against mostly unknowns gets a shot at Loma, but what the hell? So many guys don't want to fight their peers these days. So let's see Loma just drub the hell out of this guy and get it over with. I mean, Commey is the one dropping the ball on this whole thing honestly and Commey could fight Lopez, too. Can't Mikey be ready by July or August for a Loma fight? I don't know. I think Loma thumping Lopez around would be quite amusing. So let's see it. Haha.

Even if he loses badly, Lopez still wins from it. Being beaten in his 13th pro fight by the P4P #1 will not hurt Lopez at all - he will benefit from the exposure and the credibility.

Even if Loma thrashes Lopez, Loma gains nothing from it.

There are only two types of people who are screeching for this fight to happen:
1) Lopez fangirls who know that a loss is a win against Loma.
2) Those who are praying that there is some kind of bogeyman that can solve Loma, because Loma is better than their preferred fighter, or because Loma is the wrong colour.

Accepting the fight simply because Lopez is running his mouth is a terrible idea. Dickheads are always running their mouths, hoping to get an undeserved crack at a real fighter. It's already boring and ******. Rewarding that shit is only going to mean it happens even more.

Shutting up a loudmouth sounds fun. But when it comes with a career high payday, a name on a marquee, the prestige and recognition of a title fight? All that will happen is every bum will put more effort into being a loudmouth than into winning meaningful fights.

The only thing which should get a fighter a shot at the champ is achievements in the ring.

Lopez has a small window, if the talk about his weight is right, in which to make a real case. Where he can earn the right to get into the ring with Loma. Good luck to him if he can do it.
