Hopefully Loma takes the fight with the guy that's is in his stable, instead of chasing fights (Mikey and Tank) that are not gonna happen! I think Lopez is just as good as Tank, that's why Pedraza don't want no smoke!

Why wouldn't he take the fight? They are both with the same promoter. The promoter has more reasons for this fight NOT to happen.

Moreover Loma isn't chasing Tank, we know that fight isn't happening as Davis doesn't want it.

The Lopez fight is the easiest fight to make next if the promoter allows it. Especially when Comney isn't ready for the next fight. I don't blame predraza, you need to have done something when you are an up and comer.

Tatli is about the right level of progression for Lopez - above average skills, but not too much pop. Lopez should be able to walk through him and keep looking fantastic. Tatli hasn't been stopped as he hasn't faced anyone above club level with a decent KO percentage - he's never been hit by anyone who can crack like Lopez before, might only take one punch.

Can't think of any reason Commey would choose Lopez over Loma. Loma is more money for him plus a belt if he wins, Lopez got nothing to offer Commey except risk.

I highly doubt Garcia returns to 135, but if he does, can't see Garcia seeing anything attractive in a Lopez fight either. Garcia more likely to take a tune-up to get back on his feet at the weight, then go looking for Loma himself.

Only hope for Lopez is if WBC orders Campbell v Lopez for the WBC if Garcia vacates. That would also be a nice step-up for Lopez as Campbell is a level over Tatli, and can hit back. If Lopez rolls Campbell, then he's ready for the ultimate test -Loma.

But he'd have to wait till March ad Commey/Loma gets in the way, and he's already said he can't do that because of growing weight issues.

Loma won't take Lopez before Commey as no belt and win or lose, all downside for Loma. If he wins he gets no credit for beating a 'kid'.

Tank had not done much before Pedraza fought him either! Pedraza is not a champion, and Lopez is ranked higher than him (and Felix Verdejo) by the WBO! I don't think Loma wants it either! He's talking about moving down to 130! Maybe he wants Berchelt? We'll see! First things first, Edis Tatis has to go!

That’s predaza’s decision, if he thinks he gain more fighting other boxers. He obviously doesn’t want to play second fiddle to this prospects anymore from the interview I saw with him.

Loma doesn’t want it neither? Says who? You? Again that’s laughable. I don’t even need to debate that dumb argument.

Let’s see if Top rank wants to risk putting Lopez in there with Loma first shall we, you guys fall for this s hit all the time. Just because one boxer is vocal and on the outside, doesn’t mean he wants the work. I hope Arum approves that fight next, comney is out, crolla is next week, tatis is next week..

Am praying this fight happens next because anyone that thinks Loma is ducking or afraid to step into the ring with Lopez is either deluded or doesn’t know much about boxing.

Am tired, truly tired by posters that come out with BS about ducking all the time, am truly tired. It’s a lack of knowledge of our sport. You have to lack knowledge of this sport when you cry ducking because one side is vocal.

I would actually prefer Lopez fighting and beating comney in July and then fighting Loma with that belt at the end of 2019. That would validate a Loma victory over Lopez.

Loma said he doesn't want the fight unless Teofimo Lopez has a title! I'm not going to call that a duck! I hope Lopez can get a title, so we get this fight before 2019 is gone, and the opportunity is gone with it! At least you're one of the few Loma fans that actually want to see the fight! I sure do!
