Funny how Hearn and Co try to claim Wilder has little value in the UK yet Sky regularly outbid other networks to secure his fights.🤔
Yeah when did he say that? 2017?

It makes sense as Wilder is linked to the two biggest HWs in the UK and really the world in Joshua/Fury. And of course, if the Joshua/Wilder fight happens, Sky Sports will put it on so good to show all of Wilder's fights leading up to the mega match up.

Its a good fight. The nations biggest sports network Sky Sports should be expected to go for fights like this. I thought the PBC had a contract with ITV over here so id be interested to know if that isnt the case and if there was a bit of a bidding war for it. I cant see anybody willing to bid too much for it.

I know i am on the case of anything Team Wilder but honestly this is no major event in the UK, not at that time of night between those 2 fighters. As a Boxing fan im really looking forward to this fight, plenty of beef here which i always like and im a fan of Wilder whilst he is fighting, i cant lie i love his style. But the casuals are not going to be throwing parties for this one.

These guys and girls dont even know who Breazeale is and they likely went to watch Joshua rip him apart. All im saying is Sky picked it up cuz its a good fight but dont get carried away its not going on PPV and not many people will be watching it.

I thought Team Wilder and BT Sport were pals.

Because they're banking on him finding his balls and fighting their fighter AJ on Sky Sports.

You are too ****** to realise that the only reason Sky picked this up is because of potentially fighting AJ. Deyonce is getting paid because of him, not because he is popular here.

Just like how Showtime picked up AJ fights before they ran out of money and lost him to DAZN. And just like how they picked up Whyte/Chisora, they are future opponents for their man Deyonce.

Maybe not every card but I’m certain this fight would’ve been one itv wanted to broadcast. Just strange to me haymon would rather broadcast wilders fight on a channel strongly affiliated with a man he supposedly despises. I mean since they’re loyal to eachother and all.

Every one of Wilder fight has been broadcast on sky sports since he was linked to Joshua. Sky sports have been building him to the UK audience to help set up and sell the Joshua/Wilder fight. Shame Wilder has so far turn down every opportunity to take that fight.

It's pretty simple, you go with who offers the most money in this case. If ITV wanted it that badly, then they should have matched Sky's offer.

Boksfan and Robbie Barrett will be watching no matter how much crap they talk about Wilder. They are his biggest fans.
