There is nothing he can do. Arum and Haymon must come together to make that fight. If the money is fair he would fight Crawford any time and Crawford would fight him any time. They are good champions with no fear of each other.

So do you think if Spence says I really really really want to fight Crawford next very much the fight will suddenly happen? He cries about being avoided because he has been avoided. Thurman has turned him down for many years as did Porter and Danny Garcia and Pacquiao just crossed him off the list of possible opponents. As soon as Porter said yes he apparently is fighting him. It's a title unification fight so nobody should complain about that.If he beats Porter convincingly he will have the best welterweight record by far. Wins over Brook, Mikey and Porter should top Crawford's wins over Horn and Khan and Thurman's close wins over Porter and Garcia.

Fight not gonna happen till it makes sense to Arum. Bradley fought nobody outside of Manny/Marquez while signed to TR.

I dont understand the question here, its the promoters and networks that need to make the adjustments

If both fighters want a fight to happen, it will happen.

            Crawford wants it.
            Spence does not.

It also takes the fans to ask for this fight, but apparently mostly Crawford fans push for that fight.
I dont get it how people possibly support the one avoiding the fight? You gotta be some weird fanboys and/or pathetic corporate ****** to do so if Spence keeps running from the best fight out there at 147 and waits till Crawford is past prime.

Boxing fans could possibly have a great fight in the near future if they would all push for it, yet some brainwashed degenerates side with the fighter who rather fights easy prey in mismatches and avoids the fight. You are NOT boxing fans.

I rate Crawford higher but he has fewer options and likely less of his prime left.

I don't know how much D Garcia was asking for but a shame they couldn't secure him, it would be a good win and reduce the chances of Spence/Thurman/Porter facing Garcia in the near future, hopefully making them more likely to face Crawford. Plus Arum+Haymon making a fight together would be a good sign for the future.

As for what Spence should be prepared to do, I say both should be prepared to offer/accept 50/50 split, but boxing is rarely that simple and boxers don't get to pick their opponent often. I don't ask that they try and leave their promoter as that is rarely simple either at this level.

Spence doesn't have to make adjustments, he's the A side and he's got options. Thurman, Garcia, and Porter. Crawford is fighting Khan and trying to pass that **** off as legit. If anyone needs to be making adjustments it's Crawford. Spence is going to be making PPV money and gaining fame while Crawfish fights bums like Jeff Horn on ESPN+

I think we all have to hope the Crawford vs Khan fight does as well or better than Spence vs Garcia.

If that happens, nobody has leverage over anyone else and maybe they find a middle ground.

But, if one does noticeable better, it might be a problem...cuz neither promoter is going to want to take short money on their best fighter at the weight.

Can't fault him for that. It's still another belt to collect from a small fighter.

But will he finally make every effort to make the Crawford fight happen considering Crawford can't possibly leave Arum?
You are aware that Porter started his career at middleweight, right?

Crawford is not the one closing the door and making ****** excuses like being on the other side of the street, so Bud's not the one expected to make huge adjustments other than agree to whatever both networks find acceptable.
