I disagree the Middleweight Division is very open right now. Besides Jermain Taylor and Winky Wright, I see no World Beaters at 160.

You got Strum, Abraham, and Miranda, Soliman , Pavlik and that is about it. And those guys are nothing too special and r beatable. I am also not saying Duddy can be them now but in a year from now as he develops It should be intresting. If Duddy puts together 3 or 4 more wins, hed probably crack the top 10.

His next fight is against Jim Rock a Freddie Cuevas type opponet but Rock got a little more gasleft in the tank then did Cuevas. Cuevas just has the better experience. The Duddy looks to fight another veteren fighter at the Garden on sept 29 after that who knows I know he was lookin to fight in Ireland

I've never seen him box before, any videos of this guy? I've only read his article in the last issue of Everlast (the one with Sugar Shane on it.) Since we're on the topic of prospects anyone ever heard of Yuri Foreman??

Isn't Duddy an Ulsterman? If so he could try and fight for the British title at some point. He'd get good quality opposition and maybe win some new fans.

          Yuri Foreman would beat Duddy.
He would get KO'd by any top middleweight.

Duddy makes more money than anyone in middleweight except for the top 4-5 guys. As long as people are willing to pay to watch him beat bums, why should he stop?

I'd like to see Yuri fight. I've only seen pictures of him on his website and him in Everlast magazines..

I saw him fight in person, in Boston, and he has a way to go before he is ready for the top middleweights. He is on his way though.

I saw Yuri on the undercard of the Duddy fight but unfortunately his opponent was completely in over his head and only lasted a round. He looked quick, but it's hard to judge him after only seeing him for less than a round.

Lets get serious for a sec here man. First off why would you hate on a man's competion who had 17 pro fights? On top of that he has fought better opposition than most prospects including kevin rooney's top prospect Lenard pierre who was 16-0 and Duddy was 8-0, canadan champ Byron Mackie and a good vetren in Pat Coleman a prospect gatekeeper Pat thompson

Im not saying these r great fighters but compared to most prospect (Chavez Jr.im looking in your direction). Ur right Duddy is makin some big coin so he will continue to do that for the rest of this year and half way threw next, he will step up when the time is right.

and here is a vid of Duddy's 6th pro fight, no bad form and fundamentals for being this early in his career -
