Loma is fighting is April. He's not turning around that quick.
Loma (Bob) have basically mentioned that the Crolla fight is just a little road bump and he wanted Loma fighting Comney in June or July.

No worries, Arum would dig up some can somewhere for Loma.

Loma's opposition has been very underwhelming.

Yes he's "unifying and fighting mandatories" but where are the big fights? Someone who is #1 p4p needs to try to get the biggest names out there at whatever weight class.

Mayweather started at 130 and went up how many weight classes chasing the biggest fights possible?

When you are given that ranking as #1 p4p, you need to move up and down in the classes and challenge the best guys and biggest names, period. No excuses.

Commey isn't even that great of a fighter tbh, especially when you are the #1 p4p in the world.

                    Good post.

I wouldn't demand that Loma move up any more weight classes. His ceiling, IMO, is 130. Fighters are built differently, so what worked for Floyd and the Pacman wouldn't work for Loma. I understand that.

My beef is with all the excuses like how fighting the top guys in or near his division, like Gervonta or Teofimo, is meaningless, but collecting ****** belts from cans like Crolla or Commey, is OK.

I don't see any super effort by TR to make Loma the best possible fights. Maybe Loma should hook up with a better promoter.

I mean these fighters do it to themselves tbh.

Crawford went and resigned with Top Rank when he was a free agent knowing that basically every top welter weight is with PBC. It is what it is.
